Ash84 –
This is my second Aero 308 build, first was a longer heavier rifle (18”), this one is meant to be a lighter 16″ version and it came in at about 8 lbs with an MRO mounted (Aero Atlas R-One handguard, Magpul STR stock and K2 MOE pistol grip)! I really like the finish, the fit and the general design of both the lower and upper, they look great together. Out of about 1000 rds I’ve never had a single malfunction with either firearm. I’d also get Aero’s BCG (with a barreled upper or barrel) to avoid any issues with headspace/timing.
